LOWER MERIONLower Merion commissioners have paused a plan to advertise a change to its zoning code that would regulate where people holding a federal firearms license can operate in the township. The Commonwealth Court sided with the FOAC. The township of over 64,000 residents failed to restrict guns in public parks after it was sued by the same organization (FOAC).
